Emprendedores Sin Barreras (Entrepreneurs Without Barriers)

Emprendedores Sin Barreras (Entrepreneurs Without Barriers) is a 6-week program in Spanish that helps Hispanic entrepreneurs and business owners develop their strengths and potentiate them to achieve their goals. At the end of this course, the participants will have an action plan for the strategic growth of their business, regardless of the stage they are in. The plan is personalized in the short, medium, and long term. (90 days, 180 days, 2 years)

Tecno-Ready: Clases de Computación y Habilidades de Oficina para Emprendedores (Computer and Office Skills Classes for Entrepreneurs)

Techno-Ready is a comprehensive 12-week workshop in Spanish offered by the Hispanic chamber designed to equip entrepreneurs with essential computer and office skills to enhance their business operations and foster growth. These classes provide practical training and resources to help business owners leverage technology, improve time management, and develop essential office skills necessary for success in today’s competitive business landscape. Participants will learn fundamental computer skills such as navigating operating systems, using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), and basic troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, specialized training in areas such as email management, file organization, and data entry will enable entrepreneurs to streamline administrative tasks and increase efficiency in their daily operations.

Digital Presence Pro

Digital Presence Pro: The Digital Presence Pro program offered by the Hispanic Chamber provides members with comprehensive tools to establish and enhance their digital presence. With a focus on simplicity and effectiveness, each member receives  up to 10 pages, seamlessly connected to the Chamber’s directory as part of their membership benefits. This enables businesses to showcase their products and services attractively, reaching potential customers more effectively in the digital realm. A tool to translate the content is available to accommodate different languages.

To further engage customers and improve accessibility, the program includes the development of a mobile app tailored to each business that allows businesses to interact with customers on-the-go, supported by unique texting keywords and numbers assigned to each business for convenient communication via text messaging.

Moreover, businesses benefit from increased visibility within the community marketplace through inclusion in the Online Searchable Hispanic Marketplace, where residents can access the Business Directory, explore products and services in the Marketplace, access a Job Board and Coupons, and an Event Calendar. Members have access to edit, information as their business dictates for all of the features. The Digital Presence Pro program equips businesses with the necessary tools and resources to thrive in today’s competitive digital landscape, driving growth and success.

EnrichDelaware™ in Spanish

EnrichDelaware™ in Spanish: In partnership with the DBCC, using Interise’s StreetWise ‘MBA’ curriculum, the 12-month program provides small business owners with the knowledge, know-how, and networks needed for business growth and expansion. Participants will join a committed group of Delaware-based business owners for interactive class sessions; peer mentoring groups; and the opportunity to learn from local experts in the fields of finance, marketing, and procurement. They will complete the program with a customized, three-year strategic growth plan – plus, the confidence and ability to turn those plans into action.

Aventuras Entre Emprendedores: Hispanic Chamber Adventures

The Hispanic Chamber Adventures program offers exciting opportunities for curated trips and adventures for members and their families to explore new destinations, create unforgettable memories, and foster camaraderie within our community. From cultural excursions to iconic landmarks to leisurely beach outings, our program provides diverse opportunities for enrichment and enjoyment.

Beyond the destinations themselves, Hispanic Chamber Adventures fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among participants. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with fellow chamber members, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who share your interests and passions, forging lasting friendships along the way. Selected as one of the favorite programs for the chamber, members will also have an opportunity to reduce the stress associated with having a business and spend time with their families and friends.

Paseo a la Playa: Beach Outing

Embark on a journey of discovery and adventure with an enjoyable trip to the beach! This is an opportunity to relax, play, and connect with fellow chamber members. Join us on June 22nd to create cherished memories together.

Transportation: Coach motor bus.

Times: We leave at 7:30 AM from our center in Wilmington and return at 9 PM. Members can leave their car in our gated parking lot at the center.

Activities: Beach soccer and volleyball. Fun contests for children and youth.
