Francisco Zambrano
Francisco Zambrano brings a wealth of global YMCA experience to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Delaware. A bilingual South American native raised in the YMCA of Peru, Francisco advanced from Camp Program Coordinator to Camp Director, Branch Executive Director, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer during his 12-year tenure at YMCA-Peru. Early in his career, he served on the YMCA’s Advisory Board as a teenager and later founded the International division at YMCA-Peru—a program that has engaged over 500 youth in global service-learning initiatives and offered cultural exchange opportunities for Peruvian teens. After migrating to the United States in 2018, he served as Executive Director at the Oscar Lasko branch of Greater Brandywine YMCA and as Director of Family Support Services at the Latin American Community Center. Francisco now further enriches his community impact through his current leadership role at the Western Family YMCA as their Community Executive Director.
