Brenda Soto, PHR, SHRM-CP

Brenda is a dynamic bilingual human resources consultant and the principal of Brenda Soto Associates, LLC, a human resources consulting firm specializing in Spanish and English workforce development solutions. She is also the founder of "From Job 2 Joy," a faith-based career coaching program that supports a global community in their work-life journey.

Throughout her career, Brenda has participated in the development and implementation of restructuring projects for Fortune 500 companies across Latin America, North America, Puerto Rico, and Denmark. She now leverages this experience in the classroom, serving as an adjunct instructor in the College of Business for Wilmington University's graduate programs. There, she facilitates courses in her specialty areas of Human Resources and Organizational & Leadership Development, among others. At the University of Delaware, she facilitates the Women's Leadership Online program offered through the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics and similar courses for the Professional & Continuing Studies programs.

In the community, she has been an active volunteer working for non-profit organizations serving as a Translator, Career Advisor, and Mentor Coach for Latino students in their transition from high school to college.

Brenda has an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. She holds several professional certifications, including PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Career Direct Consultant.
